It is not only responsible for controlling the various functions of the floor scrubber, but also undertakes multiple protection tasks to ensure that the floor scrubber can perform well in various complex environments.
When the travel motor, brush motor or water suction motor of the floor scrubber exceeds its rated power due to excessive load, the controller can respond quickly, cut off the power supply or reduce the power output to avoid serious consequences such as motor overheating and burning. Through the built-in temperature sensor, the controller can monitor the working temperature of the motor in real time. Once the temperature exceeds the preset safety threshold, the controller will automatically start the cooling program or shut down the motor to prevent the motor from being damaged due to overheating. The controller has short circuit and open circuit detection functions. When a short circuit or open circuit occurs in the circuit of the floor scrubber, it can immediately cut off the power supply to protect the circuit and motor from damage.
The controller can monitor the input voltage of the floor scrubber in real time to ensure that the voltage fluctuates within the allowable range. When the voltage is too high or too low, the controller will automatically cut off the power supply to prevent the abnormal voltage from damaging the floor scrubber. When the working current of the floor scrubber exceeds the set value, the controller will stop working immediately to avoid safety hazards such as equipment damage or fire caused by excessive current. At the same time, the controller can also provide an overcurrent warning function to remind the operator to check and troubleshoot in time.
The controller can monitor the working temperature inside the floor scrubber in real time, and adjust the power output or start the heat dissipation mechanism as needed to keep the floor scrubber running within the optimal working temperature range. The controller is designed with strong environmental adaptability and can work normally in harsh environments such as humidity, high temperature and low temperature to ensure the stability and reliability of the floor scrubber.
When the brush plate or water suction port of the floor scrubber is blocked, the controller can detect the abnormal operating state of the motor (such as increased current, decreased speed, etc.) and stop working immediately to prevent the motor from being damaged due to blocking. In the case of blocked air outlets, the controller can automatically adjust the output power of the motor to maintain a constant operating speed of the floor scrubber to ensure the cleaning effect.
The controller uses soft start technology when the floor scrubber starts, gradually increasing the output power of the motor to avoid shock and damage to the motor due to sudden start. When the scrubber stops or slows down, the controller can use the regenerative braking function of the motor to recycle energy into the battery and increase the battery life.
The controller has comprehensive fault detection functions and can monitor the operating status of the scrubber in real time. When a fault occurs, the controller can send an alarm signal and display fault information to facilitate operators to check and handle it in time. Through the CAN bus or wireless communication module, the controller supports connection with the Internet of Things platform to realize remote monitoring, data analysis and fault warning functions of the scrubber.
